Booking & Payment
- A deposit is needed when you book.
- The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your stay.
- If you book less than 6 weeks in advance, you’ll need to pay in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations
- If you cancel more than 6 weeks before your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel less than 6 weeks before your stay, the full balance is non-refundable.
- We recommend having travel insurance just in case.
- If we ever need to cancel your stay (very rare), we’ll offer you a full refund or alternative dates.
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: from 4:00 pm on the day you arrive.
- Check-out: by 10:00 am on the day you leave.
- Please let us know if you’d like to arrange an earlier check-in or later check-out.
During Your Stay
- Please respect the property and leave it tidy.
- Report any damage or breakages – you may be charged if repair/replacement is needed.
- No smoking inside the cottages.
- Pets are welcome only in certain cottages and by prior agreement.
- Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.
Our Responsibilities
- We’ll make sure your cottage is clean, comfortable, and ready for your stay.
- We can’t be responsible for events beyond our control (like bad weather or power cuts).
- We’re not responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings or vehicles.
Safety
- Please use the property responsibly and follow any instructions provided.
- Children should be supervised at all times, especially around outdoor areas.
